The University Hospitals (UH) Seidman Cancer Center at Southwest General offers comprehensive cancer care, close to home.
The Center is accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer (CoC) as a Community Hospital Comprehensive Cancer Program. This accreditation recognizes cancer programs that have met the CoC-established performance measures for the provision of high-quality cancer care. As a CoC-accredited program, the UH Seidman Cancer Center at Southwest General offers patients the full scope of services required to diagnose, treat, rehabilitate and support cancer patients and their families. • Home infusion therapy

• Lymphedema treatment program

• Spiritual care services and Stephen Ministers
• Surgical services, including minimally invasive techniques to help diagnose and treat a wide range of cancers
Patients requiring additional services may be referred to cancer specialists at University Hospitals Case Medical Center (University Circle location).

Patient rooms and treatment areas are bright and spacious, and the Center offers a calming environment, highlighted by extensive use of natural materials. Additionally, the Center features a convenient first-floor location near free, surface-level parking.
