The Community Nurses offer health screenings and educational programs to community members of all ages. Providing services in convenient neighborhood locations, such as recreation and senior centers, libraries and local meeting places, is a cornerstone of this community-based program.
Most screeings are free and offered throughout the year. Fee-based programs are available to local businesses.
