Patients having surgery at Southwest General, should call 440-816-8605 to schedule testing required prior to surgery. Staff members from this department will obtain necessary information including, but not limited to, name, address, insurance information and diagnosis. Patients will be informed of the date and time to arrive at the health center for PAT and will be told to go to the first floor of the Surgery Pavilion.
Patients should check with their insurance provider to determine insurance coverage.
