Cleveland Behavioral Health Assessment and Services at Southwest

Taking the first step to better mental & behavioral health

The first step in determining the existence of a mental health and/or substance abuse disorder is a thorough assessment of all psychiatric, physical, addictive and mental health issues.  From the comprehensive evaluation, treatment recommendations are made, including a recommendation on whether the condition requires inpatient or outpatient treatment.  Emergency assessments are available 24 hours a day through Southwest General's Emergency Department.

Non-emergency assessments may be scheduled during regular business hours by calling 440-816-8200.
