Domestic Violence Services
Have You Been a Victim of Domestic Violence?

Southwest General offers access to the Safe Room through the Emergency Trauma Center. The free Safe Room provides a short-term, confidential accommodation for women who are victims of domestic violence. Southwest General also offers Safe Connection, a free support group, which is a fellowship of women who meet to share their experiences with domestic abuse and support each other in gaining self-confidence to make healthy decisions and overcome abuse in their lives. Ideas shared at Safe Connection meetings are meant to be suggestions only. Solutions and ideas that work for one person may not be appropriate for another person to use.
