Mon, Wed, Fri. 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Tues, Thurs. 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Can I make an appointment by phone?
No. Appointments are not required. Services are provided on a walk-in basis.
How can I reach the Nurse Practitioner if I have a question?
If you need to reach the nurse practitioner, you may call 440-580-3279 and leave a message. You should receive a reply to your message within 24 hours. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER FOR ANY URGENT HEALTH CONCERNS. CALL 9-1-1 for Emergencies!
