A personal emergency response system for help when you need it
Southwest General's personal emergency response system subscription service, called Lifeline, is for people who are chronically ill, disabled, elderly or who live alone and want the assurance of emergency help, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The subscriber wears a small button that, when pressed, sends a call to the Emergency Response Center, which is open 24 hours a day and will send for help when necessary.
