Southwest General is committed to providing convenient outpatient health care services to patients in the communities we serve, including those who are temporarily or permanently homebound as a result of injury or illness.
Diagnostic Imaging/Radiology. Provides a complete array of diagnostic imaging procedures essential to making a proper diagnosis.
Diabetic Rehabilitation and Education. Provides education, individual assessment and planning services to help patients live with diabetes.
Laboratory Services. Offers a full spectrum of laboratory services including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, histology and blood bank.
Home Health Services. Provides patients who are either temporarily or permanently homebound with routine care and emergency services.
Newborn Home Visits. Provides newborns and mothers with health and safety assessments, support, education and resources in their homes.
Home Infusion Therapy. Provides patients with high-tech infusion therapy in the own homes.
Tobacco Cessation. Provides behavioral therapy and medication to quit tobacco use permanently.
Memory Clinic. Conducts assessments for cognitive impairment and memory loss.
Coumadin Clinic. Provides education to help assure patient safety and optimum drug benefits.
Travelers' Clinic. Helps those who travel abroad with services and counseling to stay and return healthy.
Wound Center. Provides care for patients with chronic wounds that are slow to heal or that may be resistant to healing with conventional treatment.
