Payment Options

How do I pay?

You can pay on your account by mailing in money orders or credit card information with the remit stub from your statement, or you can call us during business hours to make a credit card payment.

We accept:

  • Cash, check or money order
  • Visa
  • Discover
  • Mastercard

If you have questions about your payment plan or need to set up a new payment plan, please contact our customer service representatives:

  • For service dates PRIOR to May 1, 2015, contact:
    440-816-8644 (Mon. - Thurs. 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Fri. 8 – 11 a.m.)
  • For service dates STARTING on May 1, 2015,
    844-530-1996 (weekdays 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.)

Acceptable payment arrangements:

  • Account balances under $250 must be paid within 3 consecutive months.
  • Account balances $251 to $500 must be paid within 6 consecutive months.
  • Account balances $501 to $1,500 must be paid within 12 consecutive months.
  • Account balances over $1,501 must be paid within 24 consecutive months.
