Southwest General’s Wound Care Center specializes in caring for patients who havechronic wounds that are slow to heal or resistant to healing with conventional treatment.Because these types of wounds can result in a variety of health risks—including loss of limbs and life-threatening conditions—effective treatment is critical.
The Wound Care Center offers a comprehensive approach to treatment and features ateam of experienced clinical professionals, including skilled physicians and certified Wound Care nurses. Team members focus on the individual needs of each patient and provide the latest, best practice treatment techniques to help heal wounds, prevent recurrence when possible and improve the quality of life for our patients.
How to reach us
The Wound Care Center is located on the third floor of Southwest General’s Main Campus. Patients can easily access the Center from the Parking Garage elevators by selecting “H3.”
Wound Care Center hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
