Join us as we honor Hospice Services of Southwest General’s 30thanniversary on
Friday, Aug. 11, 2017, 7:30-9:30 p.m., at the Gazebo on the Square in Strongsville.
Thirty years ago, we began a journey of commitment and caring in our community
by opening Hospice Services. The vision was to gently, to compassionately
and to expertly, provide comprehensive care to patients and their families
in our community.
We’ll be celebrating with the Southwest Community Band for their
last concert of the season. A butterfly release will preempt the concert
as a symbol of transformation as well as to commemorate the many moments,
lives and spirits Hospice Services has touched. Remarks will be made by
Southwest General staff and cake will be served to guests.
In case of rain, the concert will be moved to the Ehrnfelt Rec Center and
the butterfly release will be postponed until Saturday, August 12, at
10 a.m., at the Residential Hospice Facility (18659 Drake Rd., Strongsville).
PRESS OPPORTUNITIES: Members of the press are encouraged to attend the event day-of as there
will be plenty of video and photo opportunities. For more information
on day-of event details, contact Caroline Fienga at 216-299-7727 or
