Grateful Patient Program
Many of our patients share with us how wonderful their care was at Southwest
General, and that they would like to "do something" in return.
For this reason, the Grateful Patient Program was established: to allow
exceptional caregivers to be recognized through a charitable contribution
made in their honor.
Your gift to the Southwest Community Health Foundation is an opportunity
to say "Thank You" to anyone who has touched your life while
you or a loved one were here. All honorees receive recognition by their
supervisors and the hospital’s president and CEO, as well as a special
acorn lapel pin – a representation of Southwest General’s
symbol, the mighty oak tree.
Not only will your gift pay tribute to the hard work and dedication of
a special caregiver, but it will also help Southwest General continue
to provide exceptional care to those who will need our services in the
future. Your contribution can make a very real and important difference
for patients and families right here in our own community.
