Southwest General On-Demand Care offers a safe, convenient way to quickly get the care you need from the comfort of home.

Use your mobile phone, tablet or computer to have a virtual visit with a licensed Southwest General Medical Group (SGMG) provider--within minutes--for many non-emergency conditions. No appointment necessary!

Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Our SGMG providers can help with many common conditions, including:

  • Allergies (Seasonal)
  • Bronchitis
  • Cold and flu symptoms
  • COVID-19 screening
  • Ear Infection
  • Pink Eye
  • Rashes
  • Sinus Infection
  • Sore Throat
  • Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)

Doctor having online visitWait times vary depending on the number of people accessing the service. If the provider you are seeing feels that your condition would best be treated in-person or by a specialist, you may be directed to follow up with another health care provider.

On-Demand Care starts at just $55 per visit. Most insurances are accepted, and self-pay is available. Visit fees and/or co-pays will be collected at the start of your visit.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Do not use Southwest General On-Demand for life-threatening emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 9-1-1.
  • Patients must be physically located in the state of Ohio to use this service.
  • Available to patients aged four and older.

How to Start an On-Demand Visit:

  1. A Southwest General HealtheLife (patient portal) account is required to access Southwest General On Demand Care.

    Use the following link if you do not have a Southwest General HealtheLife account and have never been a patient at Southwest General:

    Use the following link if you do not have a Southwest General HealtheLife account but have been a patient at Southwest General — i.e., you have received services at Southwest General (lab, imaging, ER care, etc.) or care from a Southwest General Medical Group physician:

    PLEASE NOTE: If you already have an account, do not create a second/duplicate account, as the provider will not be able to access your medical history.

  2. Log into your Southwest General HealtheLife account.

  3. From the home page of your HealtheLife patient portal, click "Let's get started" in the Video Visits banner at the top of the page.
  4. Follow the instructions to start your visit.
