Community Services

Programs Designed to Enrich the Lives of Community Residents

Southwest General was founded in 1920 by residents of the Berea, Brook Park, ColumbiaTownship, Middleburg Heights, Olmsted Falls and Strongsville communities.  Since that time, Southwest General has had a strong history of community partnership and remains deeply committed to improving the health and well-being of community residents.

For Southwest General, being able to provide high quality and compassionate health care is an important part of our mission.  In addition to award-winning clinical care, we  provide a variety of Community Benefit Programs to promote health and wellness and to serve those in greatest need. We are proud of this support, and we will continue to reach out to residents, regardless of their ability to pay.

We Look Forward to Helping You
