Grateful Patient Program

Grateful Patient Program

Thank you for choosing Southwest General for your medical care. We understand that most hospital stays are unwelcomed and inconvenient. It is our hope that during your stay, we met or exceeded your expectations. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality care in a comfortable and compassionate environment.

Many of our patients share with us how wonderful their care was at Southwest General and that they would like to "do something" in return. For that reason, the Grateful Patient Program was established. This program allows exceptional caregivers to be recognized through gifts made in their honor.

Your generous gift is an opportunity to say "Thank You" to anyone who touched your life while you were here. All honorees will receive special recognition by their supervisors, a card from the hospital president and CEO and recognition in hospital publications. If you don't know the name of a caregiver to honor, you can still make a gift to support the wonderful programs and services at Southwest General.

Your donation truly makes a difference for future patients and families. For more information about our Grateful Patient Program, contact the Foundation at
