Caregiving affects life in many ways. Caregivers juggle the demands of life, sacrifice their own self-care, and experience stress, anxiety, depression, isolation, guilt, resentment, and exhaustion. Taking time to meet your own needs while caring for a loved one is important. Support groups are a great way to share your experience and connect with people in similar situations. Monthly group sponsored by Arden Courts, Cardinal Court, and Symphony of Olmsted Falls.
