Compassionate Care for Expectant Mothers

maternity imageAt Southwest General Health Center, we are dedicated to providing outstanding, family-centered care to provide you with an optimal birth experience. Our Maternity Services area features private labor and delivery rooms and postpartum rooms. All postpartum rooms were designed with the comforts of home in mind. Each room has soft, soothing colors and warm wood tones help parents feel relaxed and to promote a cozy atmosphere for mom and baby. We even have a kitchen area stocked with snacks, and dads staying overnight can receive a complimentary breakfast.

A Staff Invested in Your Birth Experience

Parents who choose to deliver their baby at Southwest General can have peace of mind knowing that mom and baby will receive care from a friendly, experienced staff of medical professionals. Helping patients welcome new members to their family is one of the most joyous services we provide, and our compassionate staff is honored to play a role in this tremendous journey.

In the event that baby requires additional time in the hospital once mom is discharged, moms can stay in one of our “border” rooms at no charge (pending room availability) so they can remain close to their newborn while care is provided.
