Bossart most recently served as executive director and chief development
officer for the Akron General Foundation. Prior to this, he held positions
in leadership and development with Akron Children’s Hospital Foundation
as well as the Great Lakes Science Center and Case Western Reserve University.
An influential leader, Bossart has a history of success in building strong
partnerships with internal and external constituents, the local business
community and local, state and national government organizations to help
secure funding to advance institutional priorities.

Bossart holds a Master of Nonprofit Organizations degree from Case Western
Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations degree
from Kent State University. He resides with his wife, Lorrie and two young
daughters, in Copley, Ohio.
