Light the Night to Honor a Life
December 13, 2019 to January 1, 2020
For the ninth consecutive year, Hospice Services of Southwest General will
hold its annual “Light the Night to Honor a Life” event, with
luminarias and trees glowing at The Thomas P. Perciak Residential Hospice
in Strongsville. Every sponsored luminaria and tree may be customized
with a personal message, and will serve as a loving tribute to a special
friend or loved one.

the Dennis C. Simmerman Community Care Fund. Founded in 2008, the Simmerman
Fund provides critical financial and care-related services to hospice
patients and families of limited means. In addition to financial assistance
for residential hospice care, the fund provides support for services such
as in-home caretakers, transportation of family members for visitation
and help with medication.
