Joe GuidosKyle Stith, PharmD, BCPS, BCEMP
PGY-1 Residency Program Director

Kyle Stith is an Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacy Specialist who serves as the RPD for the PGY-1 Residency Program. Kyle graduated from the University of Toledo in 2017 and completed PGY-1 residency at Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital in 2018. Since then, he has been awarded multiple Preceptor of the Year awards by his residents and has been recognized as Regional Preceptor of the Year in 2022. Kyle enjoys going to concerts, running, fishing, watching college football, and spending whatever little free time he has with his dog (Piper).

Ashley Smith, PharmD, BCPS
PGY-1 Residency Program Coordinator

Ashley Smith is board certified in pharmacotherapy and practices as a float pharmacist. She serves as a preceptor for orientation and staffing, transitions of care, and internal medicine. In addition to her role at Southwest General, Ashley serves on ASHP's section advisory group for small and rural hospitals. When she isn't working, she enjoys geocaching with her husband, playing cards and board games, and taking her Newfoundland, Boaz, for walks.

Joe GuidosJoe Guidos, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP, BCEMP
PGY-2 Residency Program Director

Joe Guidos is the Manager of Pharmacy Clinical Services and an Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacy Specialist who serves as the RPD for the PGY-2 Emergency Medicine Residency. His practice interests include resuscitation, neurocritical care, precepting, and expanding the scope of practice for emergency medicine pharmacists through research and professional collaborations. He is an active member of various national and state pharmacy and emergency medicine pharmacist organizations where he has held several leadership positions. Joe was recognized as the PGY-1 preceptor of the year for 2018-2019. Outside of work, Joe enjoys watching Ohio sports and spending time with his family

Hannah RobisonHannah Robison, PharmD, MBA
PGY-2 Residency Program Coordinator

Hannah graduated from the University of Findlay in 2022 with a Master’s in Business Administration in Healthcare Management and her PharmD. She completed both her PGY-1 (2022-2023) and PGY-2 Emergency Medicine (2023-2024) residencies at Southwest General and is now an Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacy Specialist. Hannah's areas of interest include pediatrics, resuscitation and precepting. Outside of pharmacy, Hannah enjoys staying active, reading, playing volleyball and spending time with her three dogs (Baloo, Moose and Koda) and her family.

Caroline AngevineCaroline Angevine, PharmD, BCOP
PGY-2 Residency Program Coordinator

Caroline Angevine is a board-certified oncology pharmacist (BCOP). She is a graduate from Ohio Northern University. Caroline completed a PGY-1 pharmacy resident program at Cleveland Clinic Akron General and then went onto to specialize in hematology/oncology at Boston Medical Center. She has been published in the Journal of Hematology Oncology Pharmacy (JHOP). Outside of work, Caroline enjoys trying new restaurants, visiting wineries, and spending time with her family. Caroline and her husband (Brett) have two children: Gianna and Robbie.

Jane BennisJane Bennis, PharmD

Jane graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2023 with her PharmD. She completed her PGY-1 pharmacy residency in 2024 at Southwest General and was hired on as a staff pharmacist post-residency. She is passionate about direct patient care and enjoys the variety of working the general medical floors doing transitions of care in addition to the coumadin clinic, inpatient pharmacy, and community pharmacy. Outside of work, Jane enjoys crafting stories, drawing, and singing at the occasional karaoke night.

Jordan CestaJordan Cesta, PharmD, BCPS

Jordan was in the PGY-1 residency class of 2019-2020 and was hired on at Southwest General post residency as a staffing pharmacist. She works in a variety of areas within the department which include the coumadin clinic, inpatient pharmacy, and as a decentralized pharmacist on the general medical floors. Jordan was recognized as the PGY-2 preceptor of the year for 2023-2024. There are very few times you will find Jordan working without coffee nearby.

Lauryn JenkinsLauryn Jenkins, PharmD, BCPS

Lauryn Jenkins is the Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Southwest General. She completed her PGY-1 residency at the Ann Arbor VA where she also completed a teaching certificate through The University of Michigan. She went to the Cleveland VA to complete her PGY-2 in Infectious Diseases. Lauryn is passionate about Antimicrobial Stewardship and Continuous Quality Improvement as she holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification. She enjoys teaching ID because she believes that Antimicrobial Stewardship is every pharmacists’ duty no matter where they practice. Outside of work, Lauryn enjoys being outdoors, staying active, baking, and exploring new restaurants and metro parks trails.

Erin JohanekErin Johanek, PharmD

Erin Johanek is the clinical informatics pharmacist at Southwest General and precepts the Pharmacy Informatics longitudinal rotation. In her role, she supports the integration of technology and medication-use systems to optimize patient care. Outside of work, Erin enjoys traveling, exercising and spending time with her husband (Mike) and their daughter (Daisy). She is also a proud pet parent to two dogs (Harvey and Penny) and two cats (Bane and Bruce).

Mike JohanekMike Johanek, PharmD

Mike Johanek is a clinical pharmacist who practices in a variety of areas within the department, including inpatient pharmacy, OR satellite pharmacy, and transitions of care on the general medical floors. He serves as a co-preceptor for the longitudinal staffing rotation. Outside of work, Mike enjoys sports, working out, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with his wife (Erin) and their daughter (Daisy).

Megan LenkovMegan Lenkov, PharmD

Megan Lenkov is a staff pharmacist who rotates through multiple areas of the hospital, including the Seidman Cancer Center, OR satellite pharmacy, coumadin clinic, inpatient pharmacy, and transitions of care on the general medical floors. She also helps fill in as IT pharmacist when needed. Megan is a co-preceptor for the Ambulatory Care experience. Outside of work, Megan enjoys going to concerts, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Allison MeliceAllison Melice, PharmD

Allison completed her PGY-1 residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati. She currently works in a variety of roles at Southwest General, including Transitions of Care across several medical floors, the coumadin clinic, and staffing within the inpatient pharmacy. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, hiking and rock climbing with her husband (Michael), their son (Cohen), and dog (Mara).

Isabelle SenoyuitIsabelle Senoyuit, PharmD

Isabelle is a graduate of Ohio Northern University and completed her PGY-1 pharmacy residency at Southwest General in 2024. After finishing residency, Isabelle remained at Southwest General as a pharmacist, focusing on the internal medicine specialty. Outside of work Isabelle enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with family and friends.

Mike JohanekColin Thein, PharmD

Colin graduated from the University of Cincinnati in April of 2024 and completed his PGY-1 residency program at the Cincinnati Veterans Affairs Medical Center in 2025. Born and raised in Cleveland, he returned to the area to join the Southwest General pharmacy team in July of 2025. You can find Colin working in a variety of roles throughout the department including inpatient staffing, coumadin clinic, covering infectious disease, transitions of care on the general medical floors, and internal medicine. He will serve primarily as an internal medicine preceptor for the PGY-1 residency program. When Colin isn't working you will likely find him at the golf course, snowboarding, or lifting weights at your local gym!
