Standard Charge List Disclaimer

In compliance with federal law, the below tables contain the Southwest General Health Center chargemaster (which is a list of standard charges for inpatient and outpatient services or items provided to our patients) and the average inpatient Diagnosis Related Group (DRG) charges. Please note, these charges do not reflect any insurance discount or contracted rate. Use our Patient Bill Estimator for a representative price for a selected service.

These prices are correct as of January 1, 2020.

The chargemaster itself is not a helpful tool to use for comparison-shopping between hospitals or to estimate out-of-pocket expenses. In order to get a personalized and more accurate estimate, please use the Patient Bill Estimator tool or contact the Financial Clearance Department at 440-816-4701, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday for more information.

The hospital's charges are the same for all patients and applied consistently, by individual financial responsibility varies depending on payment plans negotiated with health insurers and other factors.

Additionally, Southwest General Health Center has a comprehensive financial assistance program for uninsured or underinsured patients that is available here, or contact the Financial Clearance Department for more information.
