Southwest General Named a Winner of the 2022 Top Workplaces USA

Middleburg Heights, OH (Monday, Feb. 14, 2022) – Already recognized as one of the Top Workplaces in Northeast Ohio for twelve consecutive years, Southwest General has now been named to the 2022 Top Workplaces USA list. This marks the first time that Southwest General has received this recognition, and was the only Northeast Ohio health care provider listed—ranking within the top 50 companies nationally.

The Top Workplaces program has a 15-year history of surveying more than 20 million employees and recognizing the top organizations across 60 markets for regional Top Workplaces awards. Top Workplaces USA recognizes organizations with more than 150 employees and that have built excellent workplace culture.

More than 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA award are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an engagement survey issued by Energage. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements for each organization, including 15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance, against industry benchmarks.
