Southwest General Named a Top Workplace in Northeast Ohio

Middleburg Heights, OH (Tuesday, June 25, 2024) – For the fifteenth consecutive year, Southwest General has been awarded a Top Workplace 2024 honor by Cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer, ranking fourth among Northeast Ohio’s mega employers (those with 1,000 or more employees in the region). The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.

The confidential survey administered by Energage measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow and empowered to execute, to name a few. Any employer with 35 or more employees in Northeast Ohio may participate in the survey process. Employers are categorized by size to better compare employee experience. Those employers whose survey scores exceed national benchmarks earn Top Workplaces recognition.
