telehealth visits for eligible Behavioral Health patients. These visits are conducted virtually, allowing patients to receive care
in a safe and private environment from their home or other convenient location.
If your provider feels that your condition would best be treated in-person or by a specialist, you may be directed to follow up in person or with another health care provider.

PLEASE NOTE: Same-day appointments may be available. You should have your insurance card and a photo ID available for your appointments.
If you need to cancel your scheduled telehealth (virtual) visit, you can do so via one of the following options:
Southwest General Medical Group follows all current federal and state regulations associated with telehealth practices to ensure both patient safety and privacy. For all visit types above, a charge will be submitted to your insurance company per usual business practices.
