Appointment Scheduling

To schedule an appointment, you may call the office directly or use your HealtheLife account to send a message requesting an appointment. Someone from the office will then contact you to schedule. Some same-day appointments may be available.

If you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, please be sure to call the office or send a message via HealtheLife at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment so that we can use the time to accommodate other patients. You should bring your insurance card and a photo ID with you to all appointments.

Existing patients can now directly schedule an appointment online -- no need to find time during regular work hours to call the office and no waiting on hold to schedule the care you need.

Using your phone, tablet or computer, you can access our convenient online scheduling tool 24/7 from the comfort and privacy of home - or anywhere you have internet access. The online scheduling tool lets you see your physician’s open appointments and quickly and easily book the appointment time that works best with your schedule. Additionally, you may book both in-house and telehealth appointments online.

Once you schedule your appointment, you will receive appointment reminders via email or text, based on the preference you have provided.
