If you’re having surgery, pre-admission testing (PAT) is an important perquisite that should be done prior to your procedure.

• Call 440-816-8605 to schedule your testing.
• Check with your insurance providers to determine coverage.
• Provide staff members from the Pre-admission Testing Department the necessary information including but not limited to:
  • Name
  • Address
  • Insurance Information
  • Diagnosis

Staff members will schedule your test(s), provide you with instructions regarding your test(s) as well as any necessary preparation prior to testing.
